Returns Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
Because our garments are designed for sensitive skin, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. This is a hygiene policy we must maintain to protect all our customers.
How to Return
- 1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
- 2. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- 4. Drop off at the specified carrier location.
- 5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning your item so we can reserve the correct one for you.
We cover shipping on exchanges within Europe.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
